LFBE Successfully Held Interactive Customer Service Training for F&B Entrepreneurs and Teams in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – The League of Food & Beverage Entrepreneurs (LFBE), a subcommittee of the Philippine Business Council – Dubai and Northern Emirates (PBC-DNE), successfully held its LFBE Interactive Customer Service Training yesterday, 10 June 2026, at BHub, BurJuman Centre, Dubai.

The training brought together F&B business owners, managers, and frontline team members for an engaging and practical session focused on strengthening customer service skills, improving customer experience, and adapting to the evolving trends in the restaurant and food business industry.

Participating businesses included Off The Hook, Afford’acup, Bawangong Avenue, Zotto Suki Ramen, Grizlis Creperie & Swirls, iChips Plus, Agemono Express, Cuisinerong Pinoy, Naderang, Jaiko Taho, and JT’s Manukan Grille.

As customer expectations continue to change, LFBE recognizes the importance of helping entrepreneurs and their teams remain service-driven, competitive, and prepared to deliver meaningful customer experiences. The session served as a valuable refresher and learning opportunity for participants to revisit essential service principles while gaining practical insights relevant to today’s F&B environment.
