PBC-DNE Resilience Summit 2026: Real Conversations, Stronger Businesses
On 26 June 2026, the Philippine Business Council – Dubai and Northern Emirates held the PBC-DNE Resilience Summit 2026 at Dubai Chambers.
The Summit brought the business community together for one clear purpose: to speak honestly about where we are, the challenges businesses are facing, and how we move forward.
It was a day of real conversations with people who are living the experience—running businesses, making difficult decisions, adapting to change, and finding practical ways to grow and remain resilient in Dubai.
The programme featured a keynote address by PBC-DNE Chairwoman Ms. Asiyah Monjardin and welcome remarks from Mr. Michael De Costa, Vice President of PBC-DNE.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Fatma AlMadani, Senior Manager, Business Relations, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, for her special message, and to our distinguished guest speakers, Dr. Ben Lebig Jr. and Mr. Rayhan Aleem, for sharing their valuable insights and experiences.
A key highlight of the Summit was the panel discussion, “Real Talk: Resilience in Practice,” moderated by Ms. Rain Dimalanta, with panelists Mr. Randolph Molinos, Ms. Irish Perez, and Ms. Rumelyn Aribon. The session offered an open and engaging discussion on navigating uncertainty, making difficult business decisions, and turning challenges into opportunities.
