All registrations to become an LFBE member shall be made through the official Philippine Business Council (PBC) website and shall remain subject to the applicable PBC registration process, requirements, review, and approval.
An LFBE Regular Member may apply to upgrade to Premium Membership through the payment channel made available on the LFBE website. By proceeding with the upgrade payment, the member confirms and acknowledges that they understand the purpose, features, and benefits of the Premium Membership upgrade.
All payments made for Premium Membership upgrades are final. No cancellation, refund, return, or exchange shall be allowed once payment has been successfully made, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Links to third-party websites, service providers, sponsors, partners, or suppliers may be provided for convenience only. LFBE and the Philippine Business Council (PBC) are not parties to, and shall have no responsibility or liability for, any agreement, transaction, arrangement, product, service, act, omission, loss, or dispute arising between any website user, member, or third party and any external supplier, provider, sponsor, or partner.
Any person or entity entering into any agreement or transaction with any external supplier, provider, sponsor, or third party introduced, listed, featured, or referred through this website does so entirely at its own risk and shall release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LFBE and PBC from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with such agreement or transaction.
Submitting an inquiry, application, or membership interest through the website does not automatically create membership or any formal relationship unless confirmed by LFBE and, where applicable, through the Philippine Business Council membership process.
LFBE reserves the right to update, modify, remove, or discontinue any part of the website, its content, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
